Admissions

We welcome all admissions.  We have open sessions for prosepective nursery and reception parents in the October and November prior to applications being made.  If you are applying for a place at any other time for any other year group please contact us to make an appointment to visit us.

Applications for a Nursery Place

If you would like to apply for a nursery place to start in September 2017, you should apply online to Solihull Council by 12 December 2016.  You may make a late online application after the closing date, but this will have implications should we be oversubsribed.
 

Applications for a Reception Place

If you would like to apply for a reception place to start in September 2017 you should apply online to your home council by 15 January 2017.  If you miss the closing date you should contact your home council, again this will have implications should we be oversubscribed.

Admission Arrangements

These documents explain how we will work with Solihull Council throughout the applicaiton process.  They also show how places will be offered if there are more applications than places available.  These arrangements are reviewed and published every year.

Admission Appeals Information
 

To make an appeal you must write to the Chair of Governors, care of the Berkswell School using the appeals form below.  Berkswell School is a Voluntary Aided School within the Diocese of Coventry and as such appeals are heard by an independent appeals panel organised by Coventry Diocese.  Appeals will be heard within the following timeframe.
