Berkswell Church of England Primary School

Inspiring Children To Shine

Welcome!

Our school offers a warm, nurturing environment in which Christian Values are truly demonstrated. Children flourish not only academically, but socially and emotionally.

We pride ourselves in the development of children’s confidence and self-esteem, offering a wide range of opportunities, ensuring all talents are celebrated. ‘Pupils love being at school’ (Ofsted 2009) and we strive to fuel that thirst and enthusiasm for learning.

The Christian Ethos permeates all aspects of school life. At Berkswell we do not admit children, we admit families and the strength of this relationship, from the onset, makes our school such a special place to be part of.

We do achieve extremely highly and have received letters from the Department of Education congratulating us on our hard work and success. We have high expectations for all children, whatever their ability, encouraging them to achieve their best. The constant push to nurture our pupils has led to two consecutive outstanding Ofsted and Church inspections, of which the whole community are very proud.

These four wonderful people left our school yesterday 😢 The children enjoyed saying thank you by presenting them with gifts and songs in a special worship. We all have so many happy memories - you will always be in our Berkswell hearts ❤️ #BerkswellLeavers https://t.co/kYB8EOeX9f BerkswellSchool photo
