Homework is set from Year One to Year Six and gives children the opportunity to practise, consolidate and extend the work done in their classes.
We recognise that every family works differently. Some parents working directly with children on tasks; others preferring the children to take responsibility for themselves. Either way there are bound to be times when completing homework is hard for one reason or another. However, we appreciate any support that can be offered.
We would encourage you to communicate with your class teacher if you have any queries on work that has been set or concerns about difficulties when completing the homework.
