Remote Learning

Microsoft Teams will be the platform we will be using for all remote learning from FS1 to Year 6 in the event of a partial or full school closure. All teaching materials, pupil resources, as much as possible, will be accessed from this platform.

The majority of lessons will be ‘live’ to allow for pupil interaction with their peers and their teacher – creating a virtual classroom. The lessons will be recorded, to help parents to manage learning from home around their own working schedules.

Some lessons will be pre-recorded and others signposted to resources/lessons such as REAL PE, Oak Academy, Spelling Shed etc.

Teachers will be able to monitor engagement through Teams and may contact families if this becomes a concern.
